When it comes to design, the Kaerly collection is all about embracing the proud Danish design heritage and the deep-rooted Scandinavian design traditions inspired by the Nordic landscapes.
We have stripped away the unnecessary elements in our designs to reveal clean and harmonious lines that your eyes will never tire of. Our trademark is honest and timeless designs that serve a purpose and subtly accentuate the space.
With an unwavering focus on balanced proportions, function, and aesthetic delight, we have brought a range of furniture to life that we confidently call beautiful and built to last in every way possible.
Designed in Denmark Handcrafted in EU
All our furniture is designed in Denmark and crafted in Europe, close to our distributors and our customers.
When it comes to production, we collaborate solely with carefully chosen highly specialized manufacturers whose values resonate with ours. From the traditional Danish furniture maker in Northern Jutland to the small carpentry in Portugal and the modern, mid-sized, specialized factory in central Poland with around 220 dedicated employees.
One thing common among all our partners is that they are skilled artisans who care deeply about their workforce and the environment around us.
Countless Possibilities and Designs that invite Interaction
Our collection might not be huge, but it is consciously planned, with layers of depth in every product series. This means endless combinations and the freedom to create unique arrangements and expressions.
Each design we craft harmoniously blends with other products; both from our own collection and other brands that share the Scandinavian design approach. The simplicity of our products complements both modern furniture styles and classic pieces, celebrating individuality and diversity.
A Furniture Collection based on Conscious Choices
Designing and developing our collection, we have made a series of conscious choices.
For example, all our furniture is produced in the EU - close to our logistics center, stores, and customers. We have also chosen to exclusively offer upholstery fabrics from European manufacturers, ensuring responsible production methods and reduced transportation. Another example is that we do not offer animal leather. As an alternative, we can provide our furniture upholstered with various types of vegan leather.
Meet the Designer
Our collection of furniture is designed by Henrik Pedersen, who leads the Aarhus-based design studio 365° north, celebrated for designs that seamlessly fuse Danish contemporary aesthetics with Scandinavian functionality.
Henrik Pedersen is renowned for his contributions to contemporary Danish design and the creation of iconic pieces for numerous Scandinavian interior brands.
The core focus of 365° north is on lifestyle-based design, spanning a diverse range of products, from furniture to lighting. The studio's design ethos embraces an international perspective, mirroring the worldwide impact of Danish furniture design.
Democratized Design and Accessible Quality
At Kaerly, we have a consumer-friendly pricing policy that makes our designs accessible to more people, but we do not compromise on production methods and price.
Our furniture is not the most expensive on the market. But, quite deliberately, they are not the cheapest either. To offer lower prices, we would have to compromise on suppliers, working conditions, materials, and production methods. That is not who we are.
We have created a line of furniture where design, function, quality, durability, and the joy of use take precedence over the lowest possible price. However, in every single product, we carefully balance design, production methods, components, and material choices, to be able to deliver the best possible product at the best possible price.

Fueled by mutual respect and a close collaboration between our external designers, our internal design team, and handpicked European furniture producers, we've created furniture where design and function become one.
Just as we co-create spaces with our customers in our physical studios, our collection is co-created with dedicated experts and skillful producers, each bringing their unique strengths. It's all part of our spirit.
Cherishing the Danish Approach to Furniture Production
We fully embrace the classic Danish way of working closely with producers and suppliers. This is very reminiscent of the pioneering days of Danish furniture design. Back then, designers would frequent small furniture workshops, transforming their sketches and visions into finished, usable pieces.
Constant Evolution and Improvement
As a brand, Kaerly is not confined by its shape. Neither is our collection. Luckily, a second industrial revolution is taking place. Sustainability and the use of more eco-friendly materials are in the spotlight.
We distance ourselves from any form of greenwashing. As responsible furniture producers, we know we are not flawless. However, we are committed to continuously improving. We have an ingrained curiosity about new possibilities. It’s in our DNA. We're constantly exploring and testing new sustainable materials and production methods.
We have an ongoing dialogue with existing partners and new suppliers to discover new solutions and even better ways to produce responsibly. As our brand grows and strengthens, we will have even more ways to take our collection production in the best possible direction. It is an exciting and important journey that is at the core of everything we do every day.
