Sharing our Profits and Supporting Vulnerable People

We donate 10% of our Profits to Socially Vulnerable People

At Kaerly, we have made a fundamental decision to share a portion of our profits. Specifically, we have
decided to contribute 10% of our net profit after taxes to one or more charitable organizations in the cities
where we operate our Kaerly Studios.

Guaranteed Donation of €20,000 per year

As a startup company, we are fully aware that it may take time before we can turn a profit, but this will not
keep us from making a contribution. Therefore, we have committed to providing donations and financial
support with a value of €20,000 per year, regardless of whether we are making money or not.

Focus on Socially Disadvantaged Individuals.

At Kaerly, we are passionate about the concept of a good and secure home life. For this reason, it is only
natural for us to help those who are facing hardships in life. This could be the homeless, formerly homeless
individuals, or others who, for various reasons, have fallen through the system and are struggling financially.

Dedicated partnership with BISS (Bürger in sozialen Schwierigkeiten).

As a dedicated partner, we have chosen to collaborate with the non-profit association BISS.

Based in Munich, BISS develops a street magazine distributed and sold by citizens facing social challenges. Half of the sales price goes directly to the seller, and this income can be very significant for individuals struggling to find stability and create an income through other means.

Founded in 1991, BISS Magazine, with a monthly circulation of 38,000 copies, is one of the most successful
street papers in Germany.

BISS views itself as an advocate for socially disadvantaged groups and aims to raise awareness about the
problems and challenges faced by the homeless and the poor.

Every year, we will support BISS with a donation of at least €20,000, and we also sell BISS Magazine from
our studios in Munich.

Furthermore, our employees are granted an extra day off each year, during which they will assist BISS with
various volunteer tasks. Among other things, we help furnish social housing based on Kaerly's principles of creating loving homes.

Finally, we maintain an ongoing dialogue with BISS about how our company and its employees can
contribute in the best possible way.
